摘要
本文重点探讨大学英语教学进入ESP时代后,一方面要充分发挥ESP课程的工具性,以满足我们国家对国际化复合型人才的需求;另一方面更加要加强大学英语教学的人文性,进一步提高学生的人文素养,推动社会的发展。
ESP in China has developed quickly in recent years because of its instrumentality.At the same time,the humanism of college English education shouldn't be neglected.This paper is to argue the possibilityand significance to emphasize both instrumentality and humanism in Chinese College English education.
