摘要
本文总结了近10年来贵州大学材料科学与工程专业在发挥学科特色优势,培养创新型人才方面的探索与实践。在创新型人才培养过程中,通过发挥学科特色优势,构建创新型本科人才培养体系,改进创新型本科人才培养模式,探索培养创新型本科人才的方法,汇聚各方人才资源,为培养创新型人才提供了有力支撑。
It is summarized that the exploration and practice of taking the advantage of discipline and cultivating innovative talents of material science and engineering specialty in Guizhou University were carried out in recent 10 years.In the process of cultivating innovative talents,the innovative undergraduate talent cultivation system was built;the cultivation mode of innovative undergraduate talents was improved;the methods of cultivating innovative undergraduate talents was explored;all kinds of human resources were gathered.These were to provide a strong support for cultivating innovative talents.
