大学家长观察员制度的思考与实践——以南京医科大学为例

The Thought and Practice of the College Parent Observer System——Taking Nanjing Medical University as an Example

中共中央、国务院《关于进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作的意见》明确指出"学校要探索建立与大学生家庭联系沟通的机制,相互配合对学生进行思想政治教育"。南京医科大学立足"办人民群众满意的社会主义大学"这一基本目标,坚持"学校工作要经得起家长检验,老师工作要经得起学生考验,学生素质要经得起社会检验",探索创立一套科学规范、行之有效、广受好评并具有特色的以家长观察员制度为抓手的"学校—家庭联动"育人机制。

"The Opinions on Further Strengthening and Improving the Ideological and Political Education of College Students" by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council clearly pointed out that "the school should explore and establish the mechanism of communication with the family of college students,and cooperate with each other to carry out ideological and political education to the students".Based on the basic goal of "running the socialist university with the satisfaction of the people",Nanjing Medical University insists that "school work should stand up to the test of parents,the work of teachers should stand up to the test of the students,the quality of the students should stand up to the test of the society",and to create a set of scientific normal,effective,highly praised and characteristic "school family linkage" educational mechanism with parental observer system as the starting point.
