历史学人才培养方案适宜与否关系着历史学人才培养的优劣,展开对培养方案的调研与探究极有必要。通过对人才培养方案使用者调研,与他校人才培养方案对比,拟订完善的培养方案,培养复合型的历史学专业人才。

The perfection of history talent training plan is directly related to the training of history talents,so it is necessary to carry out the investigation and research on the history talent training plan(the old version).Through the comprehensive investigation of the current talent training plan,the author compares and finds out the problems in the talent training plan of colleges and universities in Xinjiang,puts forward some revised suggestions,draws up a more perfect history talent training plan,and trains the compound history professional talents.
