中学生对校园欺凌及相关法律的认知研究

摘要 本文调查了中学生对于校园欺凌及相关规制法律的认知状况,发现中学生能够准确判断校园欺凌现象,但对相关法律缺乏了解,在行动层面上所受的法律约束较弱,在校园欺凌解决方式的运用上受限。结合调查情况,要加强对校园欺凌的法律规制,应从立法的可操作性、法治教育以及多元化的普法途径来增加中学生对相关法律的认知。 This paper conducted investigations on cognitive status of middle school students about campus bullying and relevant laws.The paper claims that middle school students had accurate judgment about campus bullying.Meanwhile,they lacked understanding of relevant laws whose binding force on students’ action is weak.Students were also limited in the ways to solve campus bullying due to their ignorance of relevant laws.According to our investigation,in order to strengthen regulation of campus bullying stimulate students’ cognition of relevant laws,we should enhance legislation feasibility,strengthen law-related education and develop multiple approach to popularize the law to improve students’ cognition of relevant laws.
