摘要
本文从教学理念、教学内容和教学方法上做了一些探索,坚持"必需,够用"的全新教学理念,必要时调整教学内容,改变教学顺序,使内容更符合学生的认知结构特点,在教学方法上,以问题驱动法为主,综合运用案例法、讨论法、启发式、对比法等,这样既提高了学员学习的兴趣,又培养了他们解决问题、分析问题的能力。
This article makes some exploration from the teaching idea,the teaching content and the teaching method,adheres to the brand-new teaching concept of "necessary and sufficient",adjusts the teaching content when necessary,changes the order of teaching and makes the content more accord with the cognitive structure of the students.Teaching methods such as the problem-driven approach,the integrated use of case law,discussion method,heuristic and comparative method,that not only improve the students interest in learning,but also cultivate their ability to solve problems and analyze problems.
