定置管理视域下的职业素养培育探索与实践

Research and Practice on Cultivation of Professional Literacy under the Perspective of Fixed Management

具有良好职业素养的大学生是高职院校培养的目标,也是现代企业的需求。国外职业院校注重与企业生产实际相结合来提高学生的品质,而我国职业院校一般采用校内模拟训练的教学方法来培养学生的职业素养,如在金工实习中推行定制管理、分组协作实训、规范操作提高操作技能、争先评优机制等教学方法来提高在校生的职业素养。

University students with good professional literacy is the goal of higher vocational colleges and the demand of modern enterprises.Foreign vocational colleges pay attention to combining with the actual production of enterprises to improve the quality of students,and our vocational colleges generally use the teaching method of in-school simulation training to cultivate the students' professional literacy,such as the application of customized management,group collaboration training,standard operation to improve the operational skills,the first to earn the best mechanism and other teaching methods to improve the students' professional literacy.
