高职院校“双创”人才培养与职业技能竞赛结合的探索

The Exploration about Personnel Training of Higher Vocational Colleges' “Innovation and Entrepreneurship” Combined with Vocational Skill Competition

以阳江职业技术学院食品与环境工程系为例,分析近年来参加各类职业技能竞赛的案例,提出了从思想上高度重视、优化教学内容、改革学生考核评价机制和加强教师队伍建设等方面的建议,并将其落实于实践工作中,取得了一定的成效,对于高职院校参加职业技能竞赛的质量以及培养"双创"人才做出了积极的探索。

Taking the department of food and environmental engineering of Yangjiang Polytechnic as an example,this paper analyzes the cases of participating in various vocational skills competitions in recent years,and puts forward some suggestions on attaching great importance ideologically,optimising the teaching content,reforming the evaluation mechanism of students,strengthening the construction of teachers’ team and so on.And progress has been made in putting them into practice.In this paper we makes a positive exploration on the quality of vocational skills competition in higher vocational colleges and the cultivation of " Innovation and Entrepreneurship" talents.
