随着国内外韩语就业市场规模不断扩大,市场对韩语人才特别是高水平翻译人才的需求逐渐增加。但从国内大学韩语毕业生的就业现状来看,较多毕业生并未从事韩语翻译相关职业。本文根据低端人才市场趋于饱和,精英人才稀缺这一特点,提出微信公众号"一点韩世界"创新方案,对此分析。

With the continuous expansion of the employment market of Korean language at home and abroad,the demand for Korean talents,especially high level translation talents,is increasing.However,according to the employment situation of Korean graduates from universities in China,many graduates are not involved in Korean translation.According to the characteristics of the low end talent market becoming saturated and the shortage of elite talents,this paper puts forward the innovation plan of We Chat public number "one point Korea world".
