摘要
随着科研仪器支撑平台规模的不断提升,探索更有效的管理运营方式,更好地服务于学科的深入建设和大型仪器的开放使用。在信息化管理系统的支撑下,公共仪器科研支撑平台实行了信息化、无纸化、模块化管理模式;创新课题组网格化,分级管理制度;构筑仪器共享安全体系;实现移动端预约高效共享管理等改革创新建设。
With the continuous improvement of the scale of the support platform for scientific research instruments,the exploration of more effective management of the operation mode,better service for the in-depth construction of the subject and the open use of large instruments.Under the support of the information management system,the support platform of public instrument scientific research has implemented the information,paperless and modular management mode,the grid of the innovation project group,the hierarchical management system,the construction of the instrument sharing security system,the realization of the efficient sharing management of the mobile end reservation and so on.
