摘要
本文基于情境领导理论开展高校优良学风培育建设机制的研究,根据该理论,领导者的行为要与被领导者的准备程度相适应,才能取得有效的领导效果,依据被领导者所处的四种不同成熟度水平应采取四种不同领导风格。本文对当前高校学风培育建设中的现状与困境进行凝练分析,基于高校学生的现状与特点,依据情境领导理论对他们进行分类,针对不同成熟度水平学生提出优良学风培育建设的不同思路、方式与方法,从而凝练出基于情境领导理论的高校优良学风培育建设机制。
This article is based on the situation leadership theory to carry out the research on the construction mechanism of high school style of learning.According to this theory,the leader's behavior should be adapted to the readiness of the leader to achieve effective leadership effect.Four different leadership styles should be adopted according to the four different levels of maturity of the leader.This paper analyzes the current situation and difficulties in the construction of college style of study,based on the status and characteristics of college students,classifies them according to the situation leadership theory,and puts forward different ideas,ways and methods for the construction of excellent study style for students of different maturity level,so as to draw up the situation based collar.Guided by the theory of good academic atmosphere cultivation mechanism.
