沙盘游戏疗法在高校学生管理工作中的应用——以河北中医学院为例

摘要 团体沙盘游戏疗法强调的是精神和心理的自愈能力,将焦点放在促进来访者体验整个游戏及作品的过程中,这种将潜意识意识化的过程,也让中医学院学生能够更深入地了解和看到自我,增强学生对自我和他人的洞察力,并在潜移默化中对团体存在的问题进行调节。通过对河北中医学院学生管理工作进行团体沙盘游戏治疗干预,以期提高学生的自信心、自我认知能力、人际协调能力,促进学生干部团队的建设,为高校学生管理工作提供新思路新方法。 Group Sand play Therapy emphasizes the ability of mental and psychological self-healing,focusing on the process of promoting visitors to experience the whole game and work,this subconscious process,It also enables the students to understand and see themselves more deeply,to enhance their insight into themselves and others,and to adjust the problems existing in the group in a subtle way.In order to improve the students’ self-confidence,self-cognition,interpersonal coordination,and promote the construction of student cadre team,the author carried out group sand table game therapy intervention to the student management work of Hebei College of traditional Chinese Medicine,in order to improve the students’ self-confidence,self-cognition and interpersonal coordination ability.To provide new ideas and method for the management of college students.
