摘要
本文阐明高校转为应用型后教师教学发展的内涵,确立转型后教师教学发展的主要内容,深入研究实现转型高校教师教学发展策略,并提出具体的研究方案。通过教师教学发展以服务于全校,优化学习氛围,推动转型后高校教学质量走持续良性的发展道路。
It is intended to expatiate the meaning of the teaching development of all the teachers after the universities transform into practical universities.The author establishes the main content of the teaching development,discusses the strategy of the teaching development deeply,and imposes the specific research scheme to realize it.The purpose of the research on the teaching development strategy is to respond to all the university,optimize the learning atmosphere,and promote the quality of teaching to the course of sustainable development after university transformation.
