服务于西部地区的管理类专业人才培养机制研究

Study on Cultivation Mechanism of Professional Management Personnel Serving China's Western Region

为实现管理类人才培养模式的创新,加强人才对理论知识的实践应用,地方政府需要清楚了解专业人才培养的意义和作用,有针对性地开展人才培养计划,有目的性地给予教育资源。本文围绕服务于地方的管理类专业人才培养意义及作用开展研究,从地方管理类专业人才培养中面临的问题出发,结合地方管理类专业人才培养的意义及作用,提出人才培养模式的创新性策略,为地方经济文化各个领域的全面发展,西部地区的经济崛起贡献属于自己的一份力量。

In order to realize the innovation of management personnel cultivation model and strengthen such personnel’s practical application of theoretical knowledge,the local government needs to have a clear understanding of the significance and role of professional personnel cultivation,pertinently carry out personnel cultivation programs,and provide education resources in a targeted manner.Focusing on the significance and role of professional management personnel cultivation that serves a local region,this paper discusses the problems facing local professional management personnel cultivation and,combined with the significance and role of local professional management personnel cultivation,puts forward innovative strategies for personnel training model,thereby contributing to the overall development of the local economy and culture,and to the economic rise of China’s western region.
