Based on a psychological test,this paper presents the common phenomenon of procrastination which exists in people's everyday life and work.This psychoanalysis takes personality temperament type as a breakthrough,and combines the vivid life experience of the researcher,with a further analysis of the typical characteristics of phlegmatic,which directs to procrastination and evocation of heart.By "self-asking and suggestion",the researcher puts forward the key factors in the perspective of participator as to achieve perception and sublimation;and by "pondering and discussion",the researcher tries to restore,in the perspective of dialectical outlook,some pros and cons of related elements of procrastination as to bring practical significance of the study.
