摘要
凸轮机构广泛运用于各种机械,特别是自动机和自动控制装置。传统的凸轮设计方法有图解法和解析法两种。图解法简单、直观,但设计的精度有限;解析法设计精度高,但计算量大,往往需要编写复杂的计算机程序。利用ADAMS/View强大的分析仿真能力,以负半径滚子推杆盘形凸轮机构为例,通过推杆的运动规律设计出凸轮的轮廓,最后进行运动仿真,验证设计的正确性。
Cam mechanism is widely used in all kinds of mechanisms,especially in automatic machine and automatic control device.The traditional cam design method has two kinds of graphic method and analytic method.Graphic method is simple and intuitive,but the precision of the design is limited.The advantage of the analytical method is that the design precision is high,but the computation is large.So it is often required to write complex computer programs.Based on the powerful analysis and simulation function of ADAMS,taking roller translating follower disc cam mechanism for example,the cam contour is designed via the motion pattern of bar.Then simulation is carried out to verify the correctness of the design.
