学术型研究生创新能力培养现状及改善策略

Innovation Ability of Postgraduates Pursuing Academic Degrees:Status and Strategy of Improvement

提升研究生的创新能力是我国高层次人才培养的迫切需求。本文针对学术型研究生培养的现状与问题,提出从改革学术型研究生招生考核模式、探索探究式研究生教学改革、建立导师群联合培养制度、加强学术Seminar四个方面提升研究生的创新能力,以期对学术型研究创新能力培养体系的建设提供参考。

It is an urgent need for our country to improve the innovation ability of academic postgraduates.In view of the status and problems during the training of postgraduates pursuing academic degrees,this article provides some suggestions from four aspects,including the reform of academic assessment mode of recruiting postgraduates,the exploration of the teaching reform for postgraduates,the construction of the tutor group of joint training system,and the strengthening of the academic seminar.These measures could help to improve the innovation ability of postgraduates.
