摘要
就业难,高校贫困生就业更难。在高校贫困生创就业工作中引入服务学习的教育理念,促使贫困生在服务中通过双重身份的认知治愈精神贫困,又能学习到多种职业能力,在创就业时,既实现了自身价值又可以为社会创造价值,于学生、学校、社会来说都是共赢的。
Although employment is difficult,it is harder for the impoverished college students to obtain employment.If the education concept of service learning is introduced into the process of employment of the impoverished college students,they can cure mental poverty through dual identity,and learn a variety of vocational skills.In the process of entrepreneurship and employment,these students can realize their own value as well as create values for the society.This is a win-win situation for students,schools and society.
