摘要
从工作性质、入职门槛、薪资待遇、工作满意度等维度对广西某医学院校社会工作专业毕业生及其职业发展现状开展问卷回访和分析评价。高达74%的毕业生选择了在广西区内就职,超过三分之一的毕业生选择去社工机构入职。区内外的社工机构的工资水平较其他相关行业均偏低。医院的社工毕业生对自身工作的总体满意度较高,社工机构的多数毕业生对自身工作的总体满意度一般。国家、政府和机构仍需大力加强对社工行业的资金投入、政策倾斜、人才激励。
From the aspects of job nature,entry threshold,salary,job satisfaction and so on,this paper makes a questionnaire survey and analysis of the 2013-2017 class of social work graduates and their present situation of career development in a medical college in Guangxi. As many as 74% of graduates choose to work in Guangxi,and more than 1/3 choose to go to social work institutions. The wage levels of social work organizations within and outside the district were lower than those of other related trades. The social work graduates of hospitals have higher overall satisfaction with their own work,and most of the graduates of social work institutions are generally satisfied with their own work. State,government and institutions still need to strengthen the investment in social work industry,policy tilt,talent incentives.
