抓住教师队伍这个关键 切实提高双语教育质量——以阿瓦提县中小学为例

Seizing the Key of Teachers' Team and Improving the Quality of Bilingual Education—Taking Primary and Secondary Schools in Awati County as an Example

随着双语教育的发展,双语教育对提升少数民族教育质量、促进新疆社会稳定和经济发展的作用更加明显,但同时,双语教育在新疆特别是在南疆地区中小学全面推进的过程中出现了教育质量不高的问题。以南疆地区阿瓦提县为例,对阿瓦提县中小学双语教育中存在的问题及其原因进行全面深入调研,提出对策建议。

With the development of bilingual education,the effect of bilingual education for improving the quality of ethnic minority education,and promoting social stability and economic development in Xinjiang is more apparent,but at the same time,in the process of comprehensively advancing bilingual education at primary and secondary schools in Xinjiang,especially in southern Xinjiang region,the education quality is not high.Taking Awat County in southern Xinjiang region as an example,the problems and causes in the bilingual education of the primary and secondary schools in Awat County was investigated thoroughly and some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.
