摘要
目的探讨青年导师制对病理生理学教研室青年教师教学能力提升的作用。方法选取遵义医学院珠海校区2013级-2015级五年制临床医学专业1班-8班共1176名本科生作为研究对象,所有研究对象分别由青年教师或其导师进行独立授课,授课结束后进行考试。结果青年教师组学生病理生理学期末考试得分与导师组学生得分差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用青年导师制有助于提高青年教师教学能力,缩短青年教师的成长期。
Objective The present study was to investigate the role of "Youth Tutor System" in improving the teaching ability of young teacher in the department of Pathophysiology. Methods A total of 1176 undergraduate students from 1 class to 8 classes in grade 2013 to 2015 at Zhuhai Campus of Zunyi Medical University were selected.All subjects were taught by young teachers or young teachers’ otutor independently. After the lecture,all students took an exam. Results There was no significant difference in the scores of students’ pathophysiology final exam between the young teacher group and young teachers’ ntutor group(P<0.05). Conclusion "Youth Tutor System" helps to improve the teaching ability of young teachers and shorten the young teachers’ growth period.
