经济学卓越人才培养计划的实施效果分析——以中南民族大学为例

Analysis of the Implementation Effect of Outstanding Talents Training Program in Economics—Take South-Central University for Nationalities as an Example

本文以经济学卓越人才培养计划的本科教学改革为突破口,以入选试点班的学生为对象,通过对试点班本科教学管理相关问题的研究,包括对培养方案、实施计划、学生反馈等的问卷调研及文本分析,整理出一些实施效果并进行总结,并以此来进行利弊分析,进而为卓越人才培养中教学管理模式的改革提出一定建议。

This paper takes the undergraduate teaching reform of outstanding talents training program as the breakthrough point,taking the students selected for the pilot class as the object,through the research on the related problems of the undergraduate teaching management,such as the training program,the implementation of the plan,the feedback of students,such as questionnaire survey and text analysis. In order to carry on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages,some suggestions on the reform of the teaching management model in the training of excellent talents are put forward.
