浅谈互联网金融教学模式与激励性考核机制创新——以高职院校保险课程为例 被引量:4

On the Innovation of Internet Finance Teaching Model and Incentive Examination Mechanism—Taking the Insurance Course of Higher Vocational Colleges as an Example

摘要 互联网的蓬勃发展改善了高职院校的教学条件,也为金融教学提出了新的要求。以保险学课程为例,从目前学科设置和教学实践中的问题入手,分析互联网时代保险课程模式和评价制度的改革需求,结合教学实例,提出关于课程建设的几点思考,并基于教育心理学理论,探讨激励性考核机制的创新方式。 The vigorous development of the Internet has improved the teaching conditions of higher vocational colleges and put forward new requirements for financial teaching. Taking the insurance course as an example,starting with the problems in the course setup and teaching practice at present,this paper analyzes the reform needs of the insurance curriculum model and evaluation system in the Internet era,and puts forward some thoughts on thecourse construction in combination with the teaching examples. Based on the theory of educational psychology,this paper discusses the innovative ways of incentive examination mechanism.
