摘要 我国经济向高质量发展迈进,对人才培养质量提出了更高要求,探索高层次高质量人才培养路径,实现人才培养供给侧和产业需求侧结构要素的全方位融合是高等教育教学改革面临的重要问题。本文提出了"四位互动"的研究生人才培养模式,结合地方财经类高校重庆工商大学的建设实践,以应用经济学研究生培养为例,对"四位互动"的研究生协同培养模式进行了实践分析,为深化我国研究生教育教学改革,创新人才培养方式提供路径参考。 China’s economy advances to high quality and puts forward higher requirements for the quality of talent training. It is an important problem for higher education teaching reform to explore the path of high quality talent training and realize the all-round integration of the supply side and the industrial demand side structure elements of the talent training. This paper puts forward the "four-bit interactive" postgraduate talent training model,combined with the construction practice of Chongqing Technology and Business University of local finance and economics,taking the postgraduate training of applied economy as an example,carries on the practical analysis to " four-bit interactive " postgraduate collaborative training mode,in order to deepen the reform of postgraduate education and provide path reference for the training mode of postgraduate talents.
