关于高职院校现代学徒制研究综述

A Summary of the Research on the Modern Apprenticeship in Higher Vocational Colleges

现代学徒制2014年开展试点工作至今已有四年。试点开展后,高职教育政策的颁布每次都会提到校企合作、深化产教融合、创新人才培养模式等问题,这说明现代学徒制在实施中还有很多不完善的方面,为此文中主要运用文献研究法、比较分析法从国内、国外两方面对高职院校现代学徒制做一综述,便于日后研究人员对学徒制进行相关研究。

The modern apprenticeship system has been carrying out pilot work in 2014 for four years. After the pilot is carried out,the promulgation of the higher vocational education policy will mention the problems of school enterprise cooperation,deepening the integration of production and education,and the training mode of innovative talents. This shows that there are many imperfect aspects in the implementation of the modern apprenticeship system. In this paper,the literature research method and comparative analysis method are mainly used in two aspects of Higher Vocational Education from home and abroad. A summary of modern apprenticeship is provided to facilitate future research on apprenticeship.
