Research on Vocational Skills Training for Migrant Workers

在新时期下,加强农民工的职业技能培训,并提高农民工的职业技能水平,是一项非常重要的工作。对于这一现象,本文通过研究农民工目前的就业现状和就业特点,有针对性地提出了一些促进农民工技能培训的对策和建议。

In the new period,it is a very important job to strengthen the vocational skills training of migrant workers and to improve the level of vocational skills of migrant workers. For this phenomenon,through the study of the current employment situation and employment characteristics of migrant workers,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the skills training of migrant workers.
