钙钛矿太阳能电池用Cu_2ZnSnS_4空穴传输薄膜制备综合实验设计

摘要 为了让材料科学与工程类本科生了解和掌握光伏转换原理和光伏器件的制备,将Cu_2ZnSnS_4纳米材料的合成及其光伏应用研究引入到实验教学中,设计了基于Cu_2ZnSnS_4为空穴传输材料的钙钛矿太阳能电池的制备工艺及其光电性能研究的综合实验。该实验操作简单,有助于提高学生实验兴趣及动手能力,可作为材料类专业的综合性实验项目。 In order to make undergraduates majoring in materials science and engineering to realize and grasp the principle of photovoltaic and preparation of solar cells,the research of synthesis and use of Cu2ZnSnS4 is introduced into the experimental teaching,an experiment was designed,including the preparation of Cu2ZnSnS4 nano-particles by hot injection methods and the effect of spraying parameters for the quality of Cu2ZnSnS4 nano-films.The designed experiment has the advantages of easy-operating as well as covers lots of fields including synthesis of nanomaterials,preparing of solar cells and testing of photoelectric property,which is helpful for students to enhance the interest on experiments,train comprehensive ability and quality,thus it can be applied as comprehensive experiment for the students majored in materials.
