二级学院教学管理与综合信息平台的构建

The Construction of Teaching Management and Comprehensive Information Platform of Secondary Colleges

在"互联网+"时代,高校教学管理平台为广大师生、管理人员服务,提升了整个高校的信息化教学管理水平,使用户可以尽情享受网络化、个性化的服务,为管理人员提供协同办公环境,实现了教学数据共享化、管理业务透明化、教学过程可视化、节点监控流程化。本文立足二级学院教学管理角度,提出构建平台的目标、平台设计、对人才培养的作用及实践的可持续性,为强化二级学院教学管理提供支撑。

In the era of "Internet plus", the teaching management platform of colleges and universities serves students, teachers and administrators, and improves the information-based teaching management level of the whole university. Users can enjoy the network and personalized services; it provides a collaborative office environment for managers, realizing sharing of teaching data, transparency of management business, and visualization of teaching process and flow of node monitoring. From the perspective of teaching management, this paper puts forward the goal of building the platform, the design of the platform, the role of the platform in personnel training and the sustainability of practice, providing support for strengthening teaching management.
