Counselors——Contributors to Safeguard the Prevention and Settlement of Injury Accidents Among College Students

《江西省学校学生人身伤害事故预防与处理条例》自2016年1月1日起开始实施,为构建和谐校园,建设法治江西提供了重要保障。本文从高校辅导员角度出发,探讨了在《条例》实施之后,通过广泛宣传、加强学习、增强成效、建立机制等方法,做到教师、学生、家长人人知法、懂法、用法、守法,更好将《条例》运用在高校学生人身伤害事故预防与处理工作当中。

Since it has implemented on January 1,2016, "Regulations on the Prevention and Settlement of Personal Injury Accidents among Schools and Students in Jiangxi Province" has served as an important guarantee for building a harmonious campus and legal Jiangxi. From the perspective of counselors,this thesis focuses on the condition after the implementation of "regulations".We are on the way of ensuring everyone,including teachers,students and parents,the access to the knowing,understanding,application and abidance of law through extensive propaganda,strengthened learning,enhanced efficiency and mechanism establishment,so as to apply the "regulations" better into the prevention and management of injury accidents among college students.
