摘要
网络时代下"95后"大学生在参与学生管理工作时体现出主体意识强、较少有大格局观与视野、线上与线下对比明显的特点。出现以上状况主要是因为学生维权意识的加强,且在住宿制校园中,学生对于生活服务质量的重视高于学生管理,同时社交软件也带来了人与人交往时印象整饰方式的改变,学生沟通时倾向于选择能带来更完美表现的线上方式。对此,学生管理部门可以通过定期在线征集学生诉求,以座谈会的方式反馈给学生,同时举行学生辩论赛,让利弊在辩论中凸显,在日常工作中设置学生管理员,及时做到网络舆情监控。
At network age,when university students of 95 s take part in the student management work,they show their strong subject conscious,but few of them has a big view,and they in network will be different from reality.The above situation result from student has stronger awareness of protection rights,and in the residential system campus,students pay more attention on quality of life service than student management.Meanwhile,social software brings the change of impression management in interpersonal interaction,student prefer on-line which can bring more perfect performance in communication.So administration section can through Internet collect students’ appeal,and feedback in forum.At the same time,hold a student debate,give prominence to the pros and cons in the debate.In daily work,setting up student administrators,monitoring network public opinion on time.
