工科专业拔尖创新人才培养模式的研究

Research on the Training Mode of Outstanding Innovative Talents in Engineering Major

本文结合我校"十二五"、"十三五"提出的建设国内高水平大学的总体要求,依托吉林省高等教育学会重点教改项目的研究平台,分析了当前我校本科教学环节中培养拔尖创新人才存在的问题,探讨了如何培养和提升专业学生的业务素质能力,从而达到提高人才教育培养质量,对我校后续研究生的教育培养有着重大意义。

Based on the overall requirements of the "the 12 th five-year plan" and "the 13 th five-year plan" of our school,this paper is based on the research platform of the key teaching reform project of Jilin Provincial Association of Higher Education,the paper analyzes the existing problems of cultivating innovative talents in our undergraduate teaching,discusses how to cultivate and improve the professional competence of professional students,so as to improve the quality of education training and the training of education,which is of great significance to the training of education.
