提升艺术类大学生党员教育管理质量研究——高校艺术类大学生党员培养教育模式探索

党员教育培养是党的建设的重要基础工作和长期战略任务,在推进中国特色社会主义伟大事业和党的建设新的伟大工程中具有先导性、全局性、保障性作用。高校艺术类大学生是当代大学生中较为特殊的群体,我们对其进行培养教育的规律把握不够全面,研究相对滞后,通过反复学习党的十八届六中全会,特别是党的"十九大"以来有关加强党员教育管理和习近平总书记有关重要论述,广泛搜集查阅整理各方面资料,着重分析当前高校艺术类大学生党员教育管理的现状和存在的突出问题,着眼于制度建设、机制运行,不断提升党员教育管理质量。

The education and cultivation of Party members is an important basic work and a long-term strategic task of the Party building and plays a leading role in promoting the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the new great project of Party building.Art students in colleges and universities are a special group of contemporary college students.We do not have a comprehensive grasp of the law of training and education,and the research is relatively lagging behind.Through repeated study of the sixth Plenary session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,In particular,19 th CPC National Congress of the Party has been concerned with strengthening the education and management of Party members and General Secretary 19 th CPC National Congress has made important expositions,extensively collecting and collating all aspects of information,and focusing on the analysis of current art universities in colleges and universities.The present situation and outstanding problems of the education and management of student Party members are focused on the construction of system and the operation of mechanism,so as to improve the quality of education and management of Party members.
