高校"双一流"建设教学质量提升,需要以稳定高效的教学管理队伍作为保障和支撑。教学秘书在教学管理中起着极其重要的作用,但其队伍的发展却面临着整体业务能力偏低、现代管理理念落后、管理信息技术欠缺、教学管理研究创新能力不强、管理队伍不稳定和职务职称晋升困难等现状。本文针对存在的棘手问题,探索提升高校教学秘书职业能力的有效路径,旨在为高校"双一流"建设和发展培养一批精英教学管理队伍,以期提高高校教学秘书工作的整体质量。
