摘要
目的:提高职业学校护理技能竞赛的训练水平并取得好的竞赛成绩;方法:总结某职业学校参加护理技能大赛选手选拔的具体流程及方法;研究方法:科学组织管理,宣传动员、理论考试、面试选拔及操作技能选拔;结论:2017年中高职代表队参加全省护理技能大赛,分别取得团体一、二等奖。
Objective:to improve the training level of nursing skill competition in vocational schools and get good results. Methods:to summarize the selection process and methods of nursing skill contest participants in a vocational school.Research methods:scientific organization and management, publicity and mobilization, theoretical examination, interview and selection, and operation skills selection; Conclusion:in 2017, the vocational team participated in the provincial nursing skills competition and won the first and second prizes of the group.
