摘要
本文对汽车营销与服务专业的核心课程《汽车销售与服务流程》进行一系列的教学实践探讨。通过学生对汽车品牌分组,找准本课程的核心技能知识点,强化实训,完成教学内容。在课堂中,学生们树立服务意识,课堂职场化,实训形式多样化,加大学生们的实训参与度。同时,学生们真实体验"试乘试驾",来完成深入化的教学实训。教师帮助学生思考岗位技能内容,换位思考提升真诚服务的意识。通过以上教学改革,实现高职院校的职业化技能培养人才的目标。
This paper explores a series of teaching practice on the core course of automobile marketing and service, "automobile sales and service process".Through the student automobile brand grouping,we should identify the core skills and knowledge points of the course,strengthen training and complete the teaching contents.In the classroom,students set up service awareness,classroom workplace and training forms,and increase students’ participation in practice.At the same time,the students really experience "take the test drive" to finish the in-depth teaching practice.Teachers help students think about job skills and provide sincere service awareness.The above teaching reform realizes the goal of vocational skills training in vocational colleges.
