摘要
《仪器分析》既是一门理论性课程,又是一门实验性较强的课程,它同时也是化学、生物、材料、食品等学科的重要专业基础课程。由于仪器分析所涉及的知识领域较广,学生在理解和掌握仪器分析理论知识上存在一定的困难,因此在理论课教学过程中,教师预先通过分析仪器仿真软件的操作,使学生在对仪器具有感性认识的基础上,加强对不同仪器原理、结构组成和用途的理解,同时在仪器操作过程、分析方法以及数据分析处理上,获得更全面的认识,从而提高学生科学实践能力。
Instrumental analysis is a either theoretical course or experimental course.It is an important professional foundation course in the area of chemistry,biology,material,food science,etc.There are some difficulties for undergraduate students to understand and grasp theoretical knowledge of instrumental analysis because it involves broad areas of knowledge.In theoretical teaching process,simulation software is preparatory operated,therefore students have sensibility to instruments.They will easily understand the principle,composition,structure and application of many instruments.They will also comprehensively understand and grasp instrument operating process,analysis method and data analysis,which will improve students ability of scientific practice.
