摘要
德育量化评估表是班主任必备,对学生的在校表现进行量化考核,是行之有效的管理方法。德育考核的项目方方面面,几乎囊括了学生在校内外的一切具体常规事项,从仪表、出勤、值日、两操、升旗、集会到课堂纪律、校园纪律及校外纪律。思想品德本是一个抽象的、缺乏显性评价尺度和评价标准的东西,而德育量化评估表将它实质化、具体化了,这有利于从正面引导学生养成各种好习惯,让班级的奖罚有"法"可依。
The quantitative assessment form of moral education is necessary for the head teacher,and it is an effective management method to evaluate students'performance in school.Moral education appraisal project,contains almost all students inside and outside the specific routine matters,two from the meter,attendance,is on duty,hold,the flag-raising,rally to the classroom discipline,campus discipline and discipline.Ideology and moral character is an abstract,lack of explicit evaluation scale and evaluation standards,and quantitative assessment of moral education essence,it embodies,which is beneficial to guide students to develop all kinds of good habits fromthe front,let the class's and grade's rewards and punishment"law".
