摘要
毋需讳言,大学有"强""弱"之分,同一学校不同专业也有"强""弱"差别。所谓非优势或者弱势学科意指该学科在师资队伍、科研资源的占有分配、生源质量、研究成果、学科地位、社会影响力等方面不占优势的学科^([1])。冷门专业面临着"边缘化"的压力,学科发展也受到较大限制,个别专业濒临"关门歇业"^([2])。而弱势学科和专业在研究生培养方面也处于弱势的地位。随着高等教育"双一流"建设战略的提出,一流学科成为一流大学得以生存和发展的基石和支撑^([3])。本文以河海大学生态水利学专业为例,阐述研究生培养的现状和困难,为非优势学科研究生培养提供参考。
There is no denying that universities are divided into strong and weak,as well as different majors in the same school.The so-called non-advantage or weak subject means that the discipline is not dominant in the fields of teachers,the allocation of scientific research resources,the quality of students,the results of research,the status of discipline,social influence,and so on.With the pressure of"marginalization",the development of the subject is also restricted,and some majors are on the verge of"closing down"[2].And weak subject and major are also in weak position in graduate student training.With the development of the construction strategy of"double first-class"in higher education,first-class disciplines become first-class.The cornerstone and support of learning to survive and develop[3].Taking the specialty of ecological water conservancy in Hehai University as an example,this paper expounds the present situation and difficulties of graduate student training,and provides a reference for graduate student training of non-dominant subject.
