研究型大学理论教学与实践教学的整合优化研究

The Integration and Optimization of Theory and Practice Teaching in Research Universities

随着高等教育的发展,大学逐步由小众精英教育向大众通识教育转变,研究型大学在人才培养目标方面应自成特色,明确研究型大学的人才培养目标以及教育教学模式。本文结合西南交通大学教学改革、建设现状从教学目标、教学内容、教学方式、教学管理总结加强理论与实践教学的整合途径。

University education gradually changed from the small minority elite education to the general public education with the development of higher education.Research universities should have their own characteristics in the personnel training objectives and clarify the goal of personnel training and the teaching mode of education.A way to strengthen the integration of theory teaching and practical teaching was proposed from four aspects:teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching methods and teaching management.
