摘要
为了保障高等教育的质量,我国借鉴高等教育制度比较完善的西方国家经验,从2003年开始全面实施高等教育本科评估政策。通过两次主要的本科评估,专家发现在评估中如何平衡各方利益是一个比较棘手的问题,尤其是平衡政府、高校和个人三方利益非常重要。本文论述了造成政府、高校和个人三方冲突的原因以及如何协调三方利益,保障我国高等教育的可持续发展。
In order to guarantee the quality of higher education,China draws lessons from the experience of Western countries which have relatively perfect education systems and implements undergraduate assessment policy from2003.Through two undergraduate assessments,the experts found how to balance the interests of all parties is a tricky problem,especially in the government,universities and individuals.In the paper the causes of the conflict in the different parties,how to coordinate the interests of the different parties to guarantee the sustainable development of education in China,were discussed.
