商业银行经营学中教学方法与教学内容对接的思考

The Reflection of Teaching Method and Teaching Content in Commercial Bank Management

《商业银行经营学》是金融学专业的专业必修课程之一。为了取得较好的教学效果,授课教师在教学方法上做了很多探讨。从近年来的研究成果来看,被热议的教学方法主要是案例教学法、虚拟仿真实验教学法和翻转教学法。本文认为,不同的教学方法应该选择恰当的教学内容来实施,这样才能发挥各种教学方法的最佳效果。在此,结合《商业银行经营学》教学内容,分别对三种教学方法的内容对接做一探讨。

Commercial Bank Management is one of the major compulsory courses in finance.In order to achieve better teaching effect,the teaching teachers have made a lot of discussion on teaching methods.According to the research results in recent years,the main teaching methods discussed are case teaching method,virtual simulation experiment teaching method and flipped teaching method.This paper argues that different teaching methods should be implemented by selecting appropriate teaching contents so as to give full play to the best effect of various teaching methods.Based on the teaching content of Commercial Bank Management,the content of three teaching methods is discussed respectively.
