中小型智慧城市建设的探索与思考

针对当前中小型智慧城市建设中技术薄弱、资金不足、重建设轻运营等问题,以"智慧老河口"项目为例,阐述了"智慧老河口"建设服务云化的架构、技术实施路线和建设运行模式,总结了"智慧老河口"建设的工作经验,并提出了目前存在的问题以及未来的目标与方向,为其他中小城市提供了可借鉴的建设模板,为中小型智慧城市的建设提供了有益的探索和宝贵经验。

According to the fact that there are some problems in the Smart City construction of small and medium cities at present, such as weak technology, insufficient funds, heavy construction but despising operations, taking the "Smart Laohekou" project for example, we described the service-clouded architecture, the technology implementation, and the construction operation mode of "Smart Laohekou", summarized the experience of this project, and put forward the current problems, future goals and directions. The successful implementation of "Smart Laohekou" project gives a building way and example for smaller cities, and provides a useful exploration and valuable experience for the Smart City construction of small and medium cities.
