摘要
对上海市地名信息化工作中GIS的各类应用场景做了全景式描述,首先分析了上海市地名普查、普查成果管理、地名行政审批、地名政务服务、地名公众服务等方面对地名信息化的需求;然后详细介绍了为满足这些需求的GIS综合应用,如地名普查采集系统、成果处理软件、地名数据库、市区两级地名管理系统、地名便民网站等;最后阐述了应用中的一些关键技术。
In this paper, we panoramically described the application of GIS for Shanghai toponymy informatization. We analyzed GIS data and technical requirements of Shanghai second national census of toponymy, census result management, e-government service and public service at first. And then, we introduced the integrated application of GIS in data collection system, result processing software, toponymy database, toponymy management system and public website. Finally, we summed up some key techniques in related applications.
