北京市730例0-6岁生长发育正常儿童发锌含量分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解北京市东部地区0~6岁儿童头发中锌元素的含量、分布特征及影响因素。方法收集2014-2017年在预防保健门诊0~6岁生长发育正常儿童头发样品共730份,测量儿童的身高、体重并采用Z评分法对其生长发育进行评价;利用原子吸收分光光度计法进行发锌浓度检测,并分别对性别及不同年龄组间进行秩和检验。结果 0~6岁组发锌含量的中位数分别为:113.65、103.50、93.35、106.28、109.80和113.60μg/g;年龄组间差异有统计学意义(χ~2=14.793,P<0.05);同年龄组性别之间差异无统计学意义,且2~3岁年龄组发锌有明显的季节性差异(χ~2=11.374,P<0.05)。结论儿童发锌含量受年龄、季节因素影响,其中2~3岁组儿童发锌含量低,建议可适当进行膳食或锌剂补充。 Objective The study is carried out to determine the hairzinc levels, distribution characteristics and its influential factors. Methods A total of 730 hair samples were collected from healthy children in Preventive health care clinic from 2014 to 2017. According to measured height and weight, related Z-scores were calculated to assess growing development and nutritional status of children recruited in the study. The flame atomic absorption method was adopted to detect the content of zinc,the data were analyzed statistically using the rank sum test. Results The median concentration of zinc in each age group were 113.65, 103.50,93.35, 106.28, 109. 80 and 113.60 μg/g respectively. The concentration of zinc is statistically significantly different among each age group(X^2 = 11. 374 ,P <0. 05). There was no significant difference in concentration of zinc between male and female in the same age group. The concentration of zinc is significant difference among difference seasons at 2-3 years old.(X^2 = 11. 374 ,P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion It suggested that the level of hair zinc is relative to age and seasonality. Zinc level of children is relatively lower in group of two years old, and the supplement of zinc should be strengthened in this period.
