边角煤工作面破碎煤岩注浆加固控制研究 被引量:2

摘要 赵庄煤业公司33上07工作面属于边角煤工作面,顶板和煤壁裂隙、节理发育,易于发生破碎、离层、塌矸冒顶,煤帮煤层裂隙、节理处易片帮。采用压注法加固上、下端头煤体,锚注法加固工作面煤壁。实践应用效果表明:聚亚胶脂注入松软煤体凝固后,破碎煤体凝结为一体提高了破碎煤体的整体性和抵抗力,减少了33上07工作面顶板片帮冒顶事故。 The upper 07 face of No.33 of Zhaozhuang Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.belongs to the boundary and corner coal face.The cracks and joint development of roof and coal wall are easy to break,break away and collapse gangue roof.The top and bottom end coal bodies are strengthened by pressure grouting method and the coal wall of working face is strengthened by anchor grouting method.The practical application results show that after the injection of polysulfide into soft coal body solidifies,the breaking coal body condenses into a whole to improve the integrity and resistance of the breaking coal body and reduce the occurrence of the roof top of the upper 07 face of No.33.
