炮采放顶煤工作面自燃火灾的防治技术研究

Study on the Prevention and Control Technology of Spontaneous Combustion Fire in the Top Coal Face of Gun Mining

针对霍州煤电集团团柏煤矿10-117高瓦斯炮采放顶煤面采空区自然火灾进行了高分子水溶胶防治技术的实践研究。本文分析了高分子水溶胶抑制有害气体机理,阐述了高分子水溶胶材料防治技术工艺的具体方案,实践应用数据表明该技术对于减漏风、防治自燃效果都非常理想。

Aiming at the natural fire in goaf of top coal face of Tuanbai Coal Mine of Huozhou Coal Power Group,a practical study on the prevention and control technology of polymer water-sol was carried out.In this paper,the mechanism of polymer hydrosol inhibiting harmful gas was analyzed,and the concrete schemes of polymer hydrosol material and prevention technology were expatiated.Practical application data show that the technology is very ideal for reducing air leakage and preventing spontaneous combustion.
