均压工作面皮带过风墙挡风装置设计应用

摘要 云冈矿11-1#层311盘区81125工作面为均压工作面,工作面形成全风压系统后,回采期间为保证工作面的安全生产,在81125工作面构建均压通风系统。由于工作面配风量不得小于610m3/min,特选用2×75kW对旋风机(开双级后吸风量达到900m3/min),但由于皮带穿过风墙,考虑到皮带漏风问题,故设计出适合云冈矿使用的皮带密闭装置来减少漏风量。 The 81125 working face in the 311 panel area of 11-1^#floor of Yungang Mine is a uniform pressure working face.After the full air pressure system is formed on the working face,a uniform pressure ventilation system is built on the 81125 working face during the mining period to ensure the safe production of the working face.As the air volume of the working face shall not be less than 610m^3/min,the 2×75kW cyclone is specially selected(the air absorption volume reaches 900m^3/min after double-stage opening).However,because the belt passes through the wind wall,considering the air leakage of the belt,the belt sealing device suitable for Yungang Mine is designed to reduce the air leakage.
