基于传统的矿用锚杆生产用工多、工人劳动强度大和生产效率低的状况,研制开发了锚杆高效自动剪断设备,设备采用机械自动上料模式,采用电机带动托辊和继电器控制油缸的方式实现了批量送料、安全高效的目的,所制造的设备已在锚杆生产企业广泛应用。

Based on the situation of traditional mine bolt production with many workers,high labor intensity and low production efficiency,a high-efficiency automatic cutting equipment for bolt is developed.The equipment adopts the mode of mechanical automatic feeding,and adopts the way of motor driving idler and relay controlling cylinder to realize the purpose of mass feeding,safety and efficiency.The equipment has been widely used in bolt production enterprises.
