本文以煤炭企业节支增收为主题,简述了千树塔煤矿通过树立节约意识、严控材料、优化设计、降低设备故障率、科技创新等具体的措施,建立了确保措施落实的保障机制,探索出了一条实现节支增收的有效途径。

Taking austerity coal enterprises'income as the theme,this paper briefly describes the specific measures adopted by Qianshuta Coal Mine,such as saving consciousness,strict control of materials,optimum design,reduction of equipment failure rate,scientific and technological innovation,and establishes a guarantee mechanism to ensure the implementation of the measures,and explores an effective way to achieve saving expenditure and increasing income.
