摘要 以浙江海洋大学食品类专业人才培养为例,建立科研促进教学的人才培养模式。构建教学科研互促共进的实践教学平台和课程体系,优化教学内容,科教结合、将科研和学科资源优势转化为现实的教学资源优势,增强学生实际动手能力和创新能力,提升学生核心竞争力,培养基于行业需要的食品类专业创新性应用型人才。 Taking the talent cultivation of food speciality in Zhejiang Ocean University as an example, we have established the talent cultivation model of "promoting teaching by scientific research". The practical teaching platform and curriculum system of promoting mutual progress in teaching and scientific research have been explored and established. The teaching contents have been optimized. The advantages of scientific research and discipline resources are transformed into the advantages of actual teaching resources through the combination of scientific research and teaching. These methods were aimed to cultivate the innovative, and the applied talents of the majors in food are trained according to the needs of the industry, so as to enhance not only the practical and innovative ability of students but also their core competitiveness.
